Shipping

Our shipping policy is very simple

General notes

(1) All items are shown in CAD$ unless a different currency option is selected at the top of the website.

(2) 84 degrees can only deliver to a street address location (not P.O Box)

(3) Credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for final approval and orders typically take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.You will be notified by email regarding any back ordered items and expected delays. 

(4) 84 degrees should be contacted on any expedited delivery requests. Please contact info@84degrees.ca and include your order number.

 

Shipping within Canada (4 - 10 business days - Non-Expedited Free Shipping)

(1) Orders are shipped via standard parcel carrier service within Canada and 84 degrees will email you with the delivery ETA at the time of order shipment.

(2) Shipping is FREE for ALL orders shipping to any location within Canada only

 

Shipping to the USA (4 - 10 business days - Non-Expedited Free Shipping)

(1) Shipping is FREE for ALL orders shipping to any location within continental USA only. 

(2) Customers located outside of the lower 48 states e.g. Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, USVI, Puerto Rico, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, American Samoa and Armed Services are charged $35 CAD shipping and handling and should expect an additional 3-5 business days for delivery

 

Shipping to the UK and Europe (4 - 10 business days - Non-Expedited Free Shipping)

(1) Shipping is FREE for ALL orders shipping to any location within UK and Europe. 

 

Shipping directly to the Caribbean and Latin America (7 - 14 business days - Non-Expedited Free Shipping)

(1) Orders are shipped via (Canada Post, DHL, UPS, FedEx) and delivery time varies depending on specific island. 84 degrees will provide you with the delivery ETA at the time of order shipment.

(2) If we ship to your USA located SKY BOX, the USA shipping guidelines above apply.

(3) If we ship directly to your local Caribbean address $15.00 is charged on all orders, except DRESSES. Dresses ship FREE to the Caribbean.

(4) We do not charge any sales tax for items shipping to the Caribbean,

(5) If your items are delivered to a USA located Skybox service, as a guide, given the typical price range and shipping costs of our items, customers should multiply the listed website item costs by a factor of 2.1 to best estimate the TOTAL cost of the item delivered to their Caribbean location, including all additional charges. Note this is a guide only and the final charges will be determined by the local customs authority.

 

Shipping internationally - Outside of ANY countries listed above (Location Dependent)

(1) Orders are shipped via (Canada Post, DHL, UPS, FedEx)  and have an additional delivery time of 8 - 10 business days beyond typical USA/CAN shipping depending on international location. 84 degrees will provide you with the delivery ETA at the time of order shipment.

(2) $75.00 CAD per item will be added to any order shipping internationally 

(3) International customers are responsible for any customs duties and tax payment incurred during importation to their respective country

 

Returns Policy

(1) Please ensure items are not damaged or soiled in any way upon shipping. Photographs should be taken of any item being returned to confirm condition of item prior to shipping in case there is damage in-transit back to us. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal

(3) Items are to be carefully packaged and shipped PREPAID by the customer back to the following address.

(4) IMPORTANT - Email us the package tracking number and carrier e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL. We cannot apply the refund unless we receive these details

(5) Your purchase will be refunded after the return shipment is received and all items inspected and approved. There is a $15 CAD warehouse re-stocking fee PER ITEM. Note the refund amount would be the item price LESS the warehouse re-stocking fee. Refund will be processed within 7 calendar days of approval
